Ikfc4 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including copies of identification documents, proof of address, or any other relevant information. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

All withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 requires additional identity verification before processing. ikfc4 reserves the right to withhold any payment for the purpose of investigating fraudulent activity or money laundering, in line with our legal compliance obligations.
All bonuses and promotions offered by ikfc4 are subject to specific rollover requirements. These requirements will be clearly stated on the relevant promotions page and must be fulfilled before any withdrawal is permitted.
Rollover refers to the total amount you must wager before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash. For example, a RM 50 bonus with a 5x rollover means you must place bets totalling RM 250 before you are eligible to make a withdrawal.

Ikfc4 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason. Bets that have been accepted and confirmed cannot be cancelled by the member except under specific circumstances such as match cancellation or force majeure.
All bets are settled based on official results issued by recognised sports governing bodies such as the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM), Badminton World Federation (BWF), or the relevant esports organiser. For Malaysia Super League and EPL matches, the final match result applies unless otherwise stated.
Odds displayed on the ikfc4 platform are subject to change until a bet is fully confirmed by the system. ikfc4 uses real-time odds update technology for in-play betting and reserves the right to suspend any betting market at any time under exceptional circumstances.
In the event of a technical error or clearly incorrect odds (obvious error) caused by a system fault or human input, ikfc4 reserves the right to void all related bets without any liability to the member. Deposits associated with bets voided for this reason will be refunded in full to the member's account.
Every ikfc4 member is expected to interact with the platform and fellow members in a respectful and responsible manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action up to and including permanent account closure:
â ī¸ ikfc4 works closely with the relevant authorities in cases involving fraud or illegal activity. Any activity suspected of involving fraud or money laundering will be reported to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the member concerned.
Ikfc4 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account immediately for the following reasons:
Members may request to close their account at any time by contacting the ikfc4 support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, all active bets will be settled according to match results and any eligible balance will be returned to the member.
As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, members may choose to activate a temporary account break (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days) or a long-term self-exclusion through the account settings section. During the exclusion period, access to the platform will be fully restricted.
Ikfc4 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:
Ikfc4's total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the actual deposit amount made by the member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Ikfc4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform unless stated otherwise. Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or in-platform notifications.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms & Conditions are provided in Bahasa Melayu as the primary language. In the event of any conflict between the Bahasa Melayu version and any translated version in another language, the Bahasa Melayu version shall take precedence and be regarded as the authoritative version.
